Data controller

This English version is provided for convenience; in case of any difference, the Turkish version prevails.
What data do we process?
When you contact us via the quote form, WhatsApp or phone, we process your name, phone number, e-mail address if you choose to share it, and the details of your request (service type, city, date, message).
The website does not collect any account, membership or location data beyond this, and uses no analytics or marketing cookies.
To understand site traffic we keep cookieless, anonymous visit statistics (Umami). These statistics write no cookies to your browser, do not identify you and are not stored as personal data.
Why do we process it?
We use your data only to respond to your request, prepare a quote, and plan and carry out the service. We do not send marketing messages and we do not share your data with third parties for advertising.
Legal basis
Data related to the quote and service process is processed under Article 5/2-c of the KVKK (processing directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract), and contact records under Article 5/2-f (legitimate interest). No separate explicit consent is required for processing within this scope.
How is it collected?
Your data is collected through the quote form on this site, WhatsApp messages, phone calls or e-mail, by partly automated or non-automated means.
Transfers and international transfer
Your data is not shared with third parties in Türkiye for marketing or similar purposes. It is shared only with the team member carrying out the work, and only to the extent necessary to deliver the service.
When you contact us via WhatsApp, your messages pass through the infrastructure of WhatsApp (Meta), whose servers may be located abroad; this may qualify as an international transfer under Article 9 of the KVKK. Using WhatsApp is your choice, and the transfer takes place within a communication you initiate. You can always reach us by phone instead.
This website is hosted on the infrastructure of Vercel Inc., whose servers may be located abroad. When you visit the site, your request is technically served through that infrastructure; form data is not stored on the site, the form only turns what you write into a WhatsApp message.
Retention
Request data is deleted or anonymized within one year at the latest after the quote and service process ends. Where a service relationship has been established, the retention periods required by applicable legislation (such as those for commercial books and records) apply.
Your rights (Article 11 KVKK)
You have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information, to learn the purpose and whether it is used accordingly, to know the third parties to whom it is transferred in Türkiye or abroad, to request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, to request deletion or destruction, to request notification of these actions to third parties, to object to results arising exclusively from automated analysis, and to claim compensation for damages caused by unlawful processing.

You can submit your requests, in line with the Turkish communiqué on applications to data controllers, by e-mail to primevaledestek@gmail.com or by calling +90 531 645 91 60. Applications are answered free of charge within 30 days at the latest. If your application is rejected or the answer is insufficient, you may lodge a complaint with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board.
