We welcome your guests at the door. We take the car, park it safely and have it ready at departure. We have been working with hotels, restaurants and event companies since 2013, and we also cover one-off receptions.

Pricing depends on the scope of the job. The process has four steps:

Questions About This Service
How many people are in the team?
It is planned by guest count and venue traffic. Include the date and estimated number of cars in your request and we will send the team plan with the quote.
Do you only work on event days?
No. We also work with restaurants and hotels every day on a regular basis. Both one-off events and regular contracts are welcome.
When should I book?
Writing as soon as the date is set makes planning easier. For last minute requests, contact us anyway; we find a solution depending on availability.
Where is my car parked and who keeps the key?
Your car is parked at the nearest suitable spot to the venue. Keys are held in one place with a numbered system, so which key belongs to which car and guest is known at all times. At departure the key is handed only to the person who left the car.
What if the venue has no car park of its own?
We see this during the site visit and plan the nearest suitable parking area in advance. If an external cost such as a parking fee comes up, it is discussed at the quote stage, never as a surprise afterwards.
